Thanks for using Microsoft product and posting in the community, I understand you want to use Dictate function in OneNote for Mac app, however, the Dictate function is available OneNote for the web and OneNote for Windows only, this function is not available in OneNote for Mac currently. I've looked into something called CrossOver thinking that was the solution but when you run a Windows program it says that you're using CrossOver at the top, not whatever Windows program you're in. It even said "Microsoft OneNote" in the toolbar at the top of the screen next to the apple logo.
